Many people find it fun to interact with the different monkeys of Costa Rica that can be found at Manuel Antonio National Park. The monkeys are very used to tourists on their beaches and can seem quite friendly. However beware! The monkeys are also very sneaky. Because they are an incredibly intelligent species, the monkeys are able to open backpacks, bags, purses and take food and other belongings very quickly. So guard your things while on the beach.
